Apul Engineering (Consultancy) Paramarsha Sewa was established on 2076/04/28 B.S. by Parmanand Bhatta, a former Engineer of the Nepal Electricity Authority.
After retiring from NEA, he set out to turn more than three decades of practical engineering and infrastructure experience into dependable solutions for individuals, businesses, and public institutions.
